Along with the latest prize money dispute between 2006 WSOP winner Jamie Gold and an associate, comes another story involving one of the WSOP finalists.

This time it is Richard Lee, who is now considered "the brain" behind an illegal gambling operation mainly based in his hometown of San Antonio.

The affidavit claims that www.betbsbnow.com is illegal and pretends to based off-shore but is actually local. It takes bets, collects and pays proceeds from illegal gambling and sports booking.

Richard Lee, who placed 6th at the World Series of Poker and won almost $3 million a few weeks ago, had his house under investigation for months.

On August 29th Police has seized cell phones, computer equipment, cars, firearms and also millions of dollars in assets from bank accounts although so far no arrests were made.
