A woman from Wisconsin is facing many years in prison after she played strip poker with a minor.
22-year-old Dawn M. Hamilton, along with another man, played a 45-minute game of strip poker with a 13-year-old girl. she had told the police that Hamilton ended the game wearing just her underwear and said that she felt unease during the situation.
Hamilton was arrested and questioned by the police and admitted to playing the game with the minor. She was charged Tuesday with causing a child under the age of 13 to view or listen to a sex act. She was also charged with jumping bail, in view of the fact that she was free on a signature bond and waiting for the outcome of a felony case in another county.
Winnebago County Court Commissioner Daniel Bissett ordered Hamilton held in the Winnebago County Jail Tuesday on a $1,000 cash bond. A preliminary hearing will held December 28. Hamilton is facing up to 22 years in prison and a fine of up to $20,000.
