Macau is Playboy's next adventure as Playboy Enterprises Inc. plan to open a casino in the former Portuguese colony in 2009.

Hugh Hefner, owner of the Playboy franchise, will build another mansion, the Playboy Mansion Macau. This 40,000-square feet casino and hotel will also have a pool, restaurants, dozens of gaming tables and of course, female "bunny" dealers.

In October, Hefner opened Playboy's first club in Las Vegas, at the Palms Resort. The mansion in Macau, however, will be twice its size and very much like the original mansion, said Playboy Enterprises Chief Executive Christie Hefner, Hugh Hefner's daughter.

Playboy operated 22 clubs in many cities around the world which were all closed by 1991.

Macau, located in the south of China, near Hong-Kong, has been hailed as the new gambling capital of the world, surpassing Las Vegas, since 2002, when the Chinese government ended a gambling monopoly controlled by Stanley Ho.
