Leeann Tweeden has been a popular part of the Fox Sports Network for the past seven years, presenting a range of shows from mainstream to extreme sports, as well as general news and entertainment. She has won a Sports Emmy, and a Telly Award.
Now she is heading over to the NBC Poker After Dark Show, and will be hosting its fourth season.
Leeann is no stranger to poker – she was the co-host and exit interviewer for the 2006 Poker Dome Challenge on FSN, and also hosted the 2008 NBC National Heads Up Championship, which began airing earlier this month.
As host of Poker After Dark, Leeann will be interviewing and working with some of the best poker players in the sport.
Leaenn Tweeden was born in Washington, DC, and currently lives in Los Angeles. Away from sport, Leeann uses her celebrity status to help a number of charities, including The Wounded Warriors Foundation, breast cancer research, and a number of charities to help the children of fallen soldiers. She is also working on a degree in Political Science at Santa Monica College, and hopes to transfer to either the USC or UCLA.
