Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas is to host a four-day Texas hold'em poker event for customers of an international airline.
The best customers at Continental Airlines are being treated to a specially-arranged Texas hold'em poker tournament in Las Vegas between August 6th and 9th.Sin City's Golden Nugget Casino will play host to the airline's gambling event, which has been organised to celebrate the 21st birthday of its OnePass frequent flyer scheme.
"We look forward to providing this exciting opportunity to our loyal customers to celebrate the 21st year of our OnePass programme," said Mark Bergsrud, Continental Airlines' senior vice president of marketing programmes and distribution.
Players involved in the competition will bet their frequent flyer points at the poker table in order to try and win the grand prize of 21 million OnePass miles.
The Golden Nugget, which is located in Downtown Las Vegas, was the venue for Debbie Psychopedas' $1,679,200 (£854,476) Wheel of Fortune MegaJackpot win in March.
