The first Online Bingo Awards will take place in London next month, with 888ladies nominated in two categories.
Some of the companies which have helped the industry achieve significant growth in recent months will be honoured at the first Online Bingo Awards at London's Royal Garden Hotel on June 17th.Awards will be handed out in seven categories, which cover everything from advertising to technical innovation.
A group of prominent industry figures have compiled the shortlists for the honours, although the winners will be decided by a vote of delegates at the third annual Online Bingo Summit, which will take place on the same day as the ceremony.

The recently-launched 888ladies is one of the sites to achieve multiple nominations, having made the shortlist in both the Best Newcomer and Best Marketing Campaign sections.
A recent study by industry portal Bingoport.co.uk found that the daily average total number of players at UK-facing bingo websites rose by 19 per cent during the six months to March 2008.
