Survey of casino movers and shakers will be conducted by award-winning gambling newsletter and Los Angeles-based search firm.
A new gambling industry survey looking at what keeps casino executives in their jobs is to be undertaken in the coming months.Newsletter service Gaming Industry Observer will team up with Los Angeles-based search firm Bristol Associates to discover how the casino world keeps hold of its staff and what it does to attract them to the industry to begin with.
It is the eighth time a study such as this has been conducted and it will also look into what motivates casino high fliers.
James Bright, president of Bristol Associates, remarked: "This survey helps our clients maintain and develop the strong leadership needed in today's competitive landscape."
Michael Pollock, the survey publisher, added that as the casino industry is growing each year, this research becomes increasingly important.
Gaming Industry Observer has won four awards for editorial excellence over the years, presented by the Newsletter and Electronic Publishers Foundation.
