Hands on Mobile have announced the launch of the multiplayer World Poker Tour Texas Hold'em 2 game, in partnership with T-Mobile in Austria. The game is already available on the network in several other countries, and is well worth a look if you want to play a poker game on your mobile phone.
The game allows up to five people to play multi-player poker together, and also has a single player mode, and support for private 'friends only' games. All the games are 'just for fun', with no money play games offered by the software.
Andrea Karner, a spokesperson for T-Mobile Austria, said “We are delighted to be the first network in Austria to be able to release Hand-On Mobile's WPT Texas Hold'em 2. The real time multiplayer aspect of WPT Texas Hold 'em 2 is a significant part of this game's appeal and we expect that T-Mobile customers to be excited about being able to play poker wherever they may be.”
