Swindon Town player Billy Paynter joins Shane Warne, Steve Davis and other sports stars as known fans of a poker game.
Billy Paynter, who plays for League One side Swindon Town, has admitted to enjoying a game of poker.Talking to the Swindon Advertiser, the footballer revealed that the cards came out on a recent club tour to Turkey.
In what was a 24th birthday weekend to remember for Paynter, he played in his team's draw with top Turkish side Fenerbahce and then triumphed over his team-mates in a celebratory poker game. He also claimed Brazilian Roberto Carlos' shirt.

By making it known that he plays poker, Paynter joins a list of other sports stars such as cricketer Shane Warne and snooker star Steve Davis, who also enjoy a game of cards.
"I brought some cards over with me so I opened them. I always seem to be away on tour for my birthday," he told the publication.
