Poker enthusiast Bernard Lee has a list of all the hands he has played during his time as a professional.
Bernard Lee, the poker journalist and player, has revealed the methodical way he tries to improve his game.Commenting to Card Player, Lee revealed that he writes down every hand he ever plays in an attempt to get better in the tournaments he enters.
This has happened for the last four years, he told the magazine.
The player appeared in the World Series of Poker (WSOP) main event last week but was knocked out of the competition before he had a chance to win any of the huge prize purse on offer.
Reflecting on his habit, he explained: "[People] may think that's crazy, or people may think that that's ridiculously academic or whatever - but my father always told me that the harder you work, the better your results will be."
It is apparently one of the idiosyncrasies that Lee is known for on the poker circuit. However, he is perhaps best remembered for his 13th-place finish in the main event of 2005 WSOP in Las Vegas.
