Premier League-winning captain says Liverpool are his betting tip for this season's championship title.
Rafael Benitez can lead Liverpool to their first league title since 1990 if former player Tim Sherwood's betting tips are to be believed.The ex-Blackburn Rovers man, who lifted the Premier League trophy as the club's captain in 1995, has claimed that he is backing Liverpool to end 18 years of hurt on Merseyside.
Robbie Keane's arrival from Tottenham Hotspur is one of the reasons Sherwood has highlighted Liverpool as a title threat this coming season.

He also told Setanta Sports' website that Aston Villa midfielder Gareth Barry would be another welcome addition if a transfer can be arranged.
"I'm going for Liverpool this year. I don't want to go for the boring Man United or Chelsea," said the ex-pro.
Ex-Liverpool midfielder Steve McManaman, who works alongside Sherwood for Setanta, also thinks Liverpool can end the season as Premier League champions.
