Gambling Summit In Florida

Seminole Tribe chief executive officer of gaming operations will be giving keynote speech at Florida gambling event.

James Allen, chief executive officer of gaming operations at the Seminole Tribe, is scheduled to give a keynote speech at a gambling conference in Florida next month.

The fourth Florida Gaming Summit runs from October 6th to 7th and will include a presentation from the gambling industry chief, as well as senator Steven Geller.

Joseph Weinert, senior vice president of Spectrum Gaming Group, the firm responsible for co-producing this year's summit, called Mr Geller "a very strong legislative advocate of gaming as a revenue source and responsible public policy initiative".

He also said that organisers were "pleased" that Mr Allen will be present at the occasion.

Around 300 gaming experts are expected to attend the conference, according to the event's official website.
