Rock Acts To Play At Californian Casino

Casino to host show in October that includes performances by Creedence Clearwater Revisited and America.

The Spotlight 29 Casino in Coachella Valley will present a rock show on October 4th that it promises will be a memorable experience.

In a statement advertising the event, the casino claimed that the evening of entertainment will rock the region "long after the curtain comes down".

Rock bands Creedence Clearwater Revisited and America top the bill, in what is predicted to be a classic night.

Creedence Clearwater Revisited was created by former members of Creedance Clearwater Revival Doug "Cosmo" Clifford and Stu Cook.

America, the other star attraction for the evening, are arguably best known for their 1970s number one hit - A Horse With No Name.

In addition to staging music gigs, Spotlight 29 has 20 gaming tables, a poker room and more than 2,000 slots.
