An online bingo player from the UK has collected a five-figure jackpot.
An online bingo player has finally got her reward for the hours she has spent in front of her PC in recent times.The woman, who goes by the username eyesdown1, pocketed a £12,000 jackpot on a Monopoly-themed slots game at Mecca Bingo, 30 months after joining the site.
She told the online bingo hall the win had come at the right time, as she had just embarked on a series of events to mark her 40th wedding anniversary.
Celebrations for the couple's ruby wedding included renewing their vows in Gretna Green and they have also planned a Caribbean cruise in December.
Eyesdown1 said her winnings would go to fund the sunshine break and added: "Let's hope I can win bigger next time."
