A punter has completed a hat-trick of big-money wins by securing a casino slot machine jackpot.
Canada's William Hill became the envy of gamblers across the world when he recorded his third big-money success inside a year.The long-distance lorry driver stopped off at the Casino Thousand Islands in Gananoque, Ontario last Monday and was able to head home C$270,995 (£135,500) better off.
His success came on the Bally wide-area progressive jackpot slots game, which sees the prize pool built up on machines at 22 venues across the province.

The win would have seen most punters literally jumping for joy, but not the ice cool Mr Hill.
"When I hit the jackpot, I just sat down and waited. The staff at Thousand Island was way more excited than me," he recalled.
Mr Hill's nonchalant attitude to the win is probably explained by the fact he has also won a C$20,000 slots prize and shared a C$100,000 lottery jackpot with a colleague in recent months.
"Some people say I have incredible luck," the most fortunate of punters added.
His success came just a fortnight after Susan Gillette won a C$293,062 slots jackpot at another Ontario casino, the Hiawatha Horse Park.
