Football Betting: Odds Cut On Ramos Again

Sergio Ramos is favourite with gambling firms to be the next top-flight manager to leave his job after Spurs lose again.

Tottenham Hotspur's sixth defeat of the season has seen providers of football betting services slash their odds on manager Sergio Ramos leaving the crisis-stricken club before the end of season.

The 2-1 defeat at Stoke City on Sunday means that the Spaniard has presided over the worst start to a league campaign in Tottenham's history – they remain rooted to the bottom of the Premier League without a win in eight games.

William Hill makes Ramos 2/5 to be the next manager to make an exit this season, with odds of 11/4 available on the former Seville boss surviving until the final game of the season.

Meanwhile, Ladbrokes has taken a festive approach to its Ramos bets, with the beleaguered manager 5/4 not to be in charge at White Hart Lane on Christmas Day.

Spurs were reduced to nine men against Stoke on Sunday, with defenders Gareth Bale and Michael Dawson both picking up red cards to add to Ramos's woes.
