Roulette features in new American-themed comedy show from David Walliams and Matt Lucas.
Little Britain USA character Bubbles de Vere was given "ruby-encrusted panties" by an Omar Sharif-styled figure around the roulette table during the latest episode of the hit sketch show.The gambling-themed clip was aired on BBC1 on Friday, but has not received a positive review from the Mirror.
Indeed, it is only the roulette scene that is offered praise, while the remainder of the show is dubbed an "unmitigated, unwatchable, disaster".
The new American characters, which have been created after a number of successful Britain-based series, were called "unimaginative and tame".
According to the publication, the Walliams and Lucas-inspired show is not as funny as it once was. "The sad truth is Little Britain's mix of Monty Python, Kenny Everett and Dick Emery has run its course," it explained.
Little Britain characters people may be familiar with include Lou and Andy, Vicky Pollard and Margery Dawes.
