PokerTek adds automated card game tables to casino in Caribbean.
PokerTek has expanded its presence in the Caribbean gaming market by installing two of its tables at a casino in St Kitts.The North Carolina-based company has added two of its automated poker tables to the gaming floor at the St Kitts Marriott Resort & Royal Beach Casino, it announced today (November 27th).
Robert Perry, vice president of sales at PokerTek, said the firm was "excited to be in St Kitts".
He added: "PokerPro continues to expand around the world thanks to its great appeal for players and its economic benefits for operators."
Meanwhile, slots director at the Royal Beach Casino Pete Page said the venue was pleased to offer its visitors "something innovative and unique in addition to the existing variety of table games and slot machines we currently provide".
Earlier this month, PokerTek installed seven PokerPro terminals at the Monte Carlo Budapest casino.
The firm also provides automated poker tables to casinos in major US gaming destinations such as Las Vegas and Atlantic City.
