Novice gambler surprised by slots jackpot in US casino capital.
Jessica Agbunag was shocked to find herself $2.4 million (£1.55 million) richer after a recent trip to Las Vegas.The 24-year-old Hawaii woman hit the jackpot on a Wheel of Fortune slot machine during her stay at the California Hotel and Casino - her first ever visit to the Nevada gaming capital.
Ms Agbunag revealed that the win acquired extra significance due to the purpose of her trip, which was organised in remembrance of her grandmother, who died two years ago.

"She loved to come to Vegas. She was a Vegas lady," the winner told the Honolulu Star-Bulletin.
The Waipahu woman, who currently works as a babysitter, said her grandmother frequently travelled to Nevada to try her luck on the slots.
Ms Agbunag hit the jackpot after inserting a total stake of just $16. Before winning her huge prize, she also pocketed smaller rewards of $300 and $280 at the gaming machines.
The California Hotel and Casino contains over 1,000 video and reel slots, as well as numerous table games and a sportsbook.
