New casino opens for business in Vinnitsa.
Alsart Group, a gaming firm based in Russia, has announced the opening of a new gambling venue in the Ukrainian city of Vinnitsa.The Grand Capital casino features 12 tables and 40 slot machines spread across a gaming floor of 400 square metres, with a VIP lounge and restaurant also on offer for visitors.
According to Alsart, the casino is "perfectly located" in Vinnitsa's downtown area and includes a parking area to provide convenient access.

The Grand Capital is the second casino to launch in the city after the Versal Hotel venue, which opened in January 2005 and offers blackjack, roulette and poker facilities.
Located in central Ukraine about 160 miles from Kiev, Vinnitsa has a population of just over 350,000 and counts famous composer Pyotr Tchaikovsky among its former residents.
Gaming venues in Kiev include the Salut International, Split Casino and Grand Plaza.
