Gala Coral opens £6 million gambling venue in Gibraltar.

Gala Coral has launched a new all-in-one gaming venue in Gibraltar which combines casino, bingo and sports betting facilities.

The two-floor, 35,000 sq ft development will be open 24 hours a day and, at a cost of £6 million, represents the largest single unit investment in the history of Gala Coral.

Describe by the firm as a "totally unique integrated entertainment experience", the venue includes a casino area, 450-seater bingo hall and Coral sports betting longue.

"This is an enormous and exciting development for Gala Coral, bringing together for the first time our three great gaming brands," said Nick Pardo, operations director for Gala's gaming division.

He added: "This latest innovation reinforces Gala Coral's aim to ensure that our customers are offered the finest entertainment and gambling experience. People remain the key focus of our business."

Gala Coral was formed in October 2005, when Gala Group merged with Coral Eurobet.

New Gala Casino

Thanks to you post I have discovered "Gala Casino" in Gibraltar, and what a discovery it is.

We drove the 2 hour's down to Gibraltar, and finaly found the Gala Casino in the new Marina

First off, the girls that met me at reception spent 10 minutes showing me around the wholw complex, explaining about each area, the loyalty card and what promotions they had coming up!.

After my wife and I had had out tour, we where taken to the bar for a drink - all I can say is WOW its like being in Las Vegas, actually no, its far better !!!

We both then headed off to the gaming tables, which was fun,

After spending some time on the slots I looked at my watch to discover we had spent 6 hours in the complex - and I must admit I LOVED every minute of it!
