Poker Firm Reveals New Las Vegas Packages

Ladbrokes Poker gives players the chance to hit Vegas.

Ladbrokes Poker has announced details of its new prize packages for the 2009 World Series of Poker (WSOP) in Las Vegas.

The online poker service normally offers a trip to the WSOP main event, but has decided to change its packages slightly this year to give players a better experience of the US gaming capital.

Instead of qualifying for the main event only, players who win one of the Vegas Dream packages will receive a bankroll to play in three WSOP satellite tournaments to win a seat at the main event.

They will also be given $2,000 in expenses, enjoy seven nights accommodation at Caesars Palace and receive VIP entry to the top nightclubs in Vegas.

"Our goal this year is to deliver the Vegas Dream to as many of our poker players as possible," explained Edward Ihre, managing director of Ladbrokes Poker.

"Las Vegas is about more than just playing in the WSOP Main Event, there are so many other things to see, do and enjoy," he added.

The 2009 WSOP begins at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino on May 27th. Winners of the Ladbrokes package will head to Vegas on June 27th.
