Lederer To Host April Fools Charity Poker Tournament

Professional poker player Howard Lederer and his wife Suzie will be hosting an April Fools Day Charity Poker Tournamnet. The tournament will be hosted at the Hard Rock in Sin City, and is being held in aid of the Las Vegas Springs Reserve.

The tournament will kick off at 2:30PM on April 1st with check-in and snacks to get the players – which are expected to include a number of poker pros, in the mood. Play will begin at 3PM with the tournament having a $230 buy-in and the proceeds all going to the charity.

The winner will be rewarded with a Curtis & Company Watch, a custom made crystal trophy from Legacy Alliance, and a $10,000 seat at the World Series of Poker Main Event.

The tournament is being sponsored by the grocer Whole Food, Curtis & Company, U.S. Airways, Full Tilt Poker, Life’s a Bluff, WSOP Academy, CardPlayer, Patron Tequila, and Triumph Sports. As well as the first place prize, there will be other prizes distributed to the top ten finishers. A silent auction will be taking place, and all participants will be given gift bags as a thank-you for their participation.
