Gambling firms reduce odds on West Brom finishing bottom.
Bookmakers have made West Bromwich Albion odds-on favourites to finish bottom of the Premier League this season following this week's 0-0 draw with West Ham United. The odds are likely to make uncomfortable reading for fans of the Baggies, with William Hill offering 2/5 on Tony Mowbray's side ending the season in 20th place.
Monday night's goalless draw at Upton Park left West Brom four points adrift of 19th-placed Middlesbrough and seven points away from safety.
The Black Country side, who face Bolton Wanderers in their next league game on Saturday, also have the worst goal difference in the league with minus 29.
William Hill offers 7/1 on Middlesbrough finishing bottom and 6/1 that Stoke City end the season at the foot of the league.
West Brom are now 1/7 for relegation, with Stoke priced at 4/5 and Middlesbrough a 10/11 bet.
