Anthrax guitarist to host online poker event.
Online poker portal Ultimate Bet is running a special tournament hosted by Anthrax guitarist and poker ace Scott Ian.The heavy metal star will be joined by several other card-playing rockers for Scott Ian's Home Game, which takes place at the poker website on Wednesday March 11th.
Other confirmed players include legendary guitarist Slash, Pantera drummer Vinnie Paul and Metallica's Kirk Hammett, as well as poker pros Phil Hellmuth and Annie Duke.

Ultimate Bet is offering 20 places for online players to join the game, which carries a prize pool of $10,000 (£7,114).
Daily satellite tournaments will take place on the website up to March 10th, offering players the chance to sit at the virtual poker table with some legends of rock.
Writing on his blog for Ultimate Bet, Ian revealed that he recently played poker against actor Mekhi Phifer, star of films such as 8 Mile and Dawn of the Dead, at the World Poker Tour Invitational.
