Bolton Gambling Venue Gets New Look

North-west venue becomes the latest to open under G Casino brand.

The former Grosvenor Casino in Bolton has reopened under the G Casino brand following an extensive refurbishment.

Operated Rank Group spent £1 million on updating the gambling venue, with a new restaurant, bar and sports lounge added to the casino's existing gaming areas, the Bolton News reports.

The G Casino still has plenty to offer gaming fans, with 11 live gaming tables, 44 electronic roulette tables, 26 slot machines and a 143-seat poker room on offer.

General manager Sue Price explained that the new interior is designed to attract people who would not normally consider visiting a casino, as well as catering for experienced gamers.

"We're delighted to have re-branded the former Grosvenor Casino into one of the new generation of stylish, contemporary G Casinos," she told the newspaper.

"The G brand is all about giving people a great alternative for a night out and the new Bolton casino does just that."

Last month, Rank announced plans to re-launch the recently-acquired venue in Coventry's Ricoh Arena as a G Casino.
