Woman scooped £1.2 million with £5 on bingo firm's progressive slots game.
An online bingo player has spoken of her shock and joy after picking up a cheque for £1.2 million.The woman from Cumbria, named by the local press as 32-year-old Lynsey Mirehouse, hit the jackpot on the Clover Rollover progressive jackpot game at Mecca Bingo's online gaming portal last week.
Receiving her money at the SAS Radisson Hotel in Manchester, she described the moment she realised the extent of her windfall as "unbelievable".

"My husband came in from watching the television and didn't know what I was talking about as he didn't even know I was playing," she said.
"He looked at the screen and we both couldn't believe it. We still can't, it's amazing. We even took a picture of the screen."
According to a report in the News & Star last week, Ms Mirehouse and her husband Barry live in the town of Maryport and were married in 2006.
She joined the Mecca Bingo site earlier this year and won the £1.2 million after staking just £5 on the Clover Rollover game.
