Wenger's future at Arsenal is the subject of new markets from sports betting firms.
With Arsene Wenger celebrating his 13th year as Arsenal manager on Thursday (October 1st), sports betting firms are taking wagers on how much longer the Frenchman will stay with the Gunners.Wenger is now the longest-serving manager in the club's history, as well as the most successful, having won three Premier League titles and four FA Cups during his time in north London.
He is currently 15/8 with William Hill to still be in charge at Arsenal in 2013, although a spokesperson for the bookmaker claimed that another campaign without a trophy could quicken Wenger's departure.
"There is no immediate sign of Arsene leaving the Gunners, but football is a fickle game and if Arsenal win nothing again this season he will again come under pressure," Graham Sharpe commented.
Meanwhile, Sky Bet is offering 5/2 on Wenger marking his latest Arsenal milestone with a trophy this season.
His side beat Olympiakos 2-0 in the Champions League on Tuesday and host Blackburn Rovers in the Premier League on Sunday.
