Bingo Application Comes To Facebook

Online bingo is now available to members of the online networking site Facebook.

Internet users can now play online bingo while checking their Facebook profile thanks to a new gaming application.

Recently launched by the social networking portal, Bingo Hotel offers several different multi-player versions of the numbers game and has already amassed over 2,500 Facebook members.

Although there are no cash prizes available, the game allows users to compete for credits while chatting with other players.

Bingo Hotel includes classic formats such as 90-ball bingo and 75-ball bingo, as well as less common versions of the game such as the 80-ball and 30-ball variants.

The new offering is not the first Facebook feature based on gaming, as Texas HoldEm Poker has long been established as one of the website's most popular applications.

Meanwhile, the Bingo Paradise website has noted that a growing number of online bingo operators are now setting up Facebook groups, as the social networking portal provides an easy way to advertise special prizes and promotions.
