Gambling firm Rank Group is opening its tenth G Casino at the new development in Sheffield.
The G Casino opening in Sheffield next month will aim to provide a mix of traditional features and non-gambling activities, it has been claimed.Rank Group is closing its Grosvenor Casino in the city and replacing it with a new G Casino, which will become the tenth venue of its kind in the UK.
According to the Yorkshire Post, Rank plans to offer a diverse range of entertainment options for people who choose not to gamble, as well as catering for those who enjoy blackjack, roulette and poker.

"We'll be putting as much emphasis on the non-gaming activities such as the live entertainment and the restaurant as we will the gaming," general manager Ian Turver told the newspaper.
He added: "The environment makes all the difference. The new G Casino will have a modern, contemporary look and feel."
The casino is also set to feature a sports lounge area, a stage for live entertainment and a 62-seater restaurant.
Rank has also recently launched new gambling venues under the G Casino brand in Dundee and Coventry.
