Bookmakers William Hill has opened the sports betting market for Wayne Rooney to leave Old Trafford.Rooney is 4/7 favourite to win the Premier League golden boot this season, following a four-goal haul against Hull City on Saturday (January 23rd).
The Manchester United striker is available at odds of 11/2 to leave the club before the opening day of next season and 1/10 to stay with United.

"It may seem fanciful to believe that Rooney could leave Old Trafford, but he will be one of the highest profile players in the game if he has a good World Cup and with United facing tough times financially it is just possible that the right offer could persuade United to part with him," said William Hill's spokesman Graham Sharpe.
