Bookmakers asks if Beckham will play in next seasons Champions League.
Bookmakers William Hill has revealed the latest odds on two of England's most talked about footballers, following Tuesday's (February 16th) Champions League tie between Manchester United and AC Milan at the San Siro.Wayne Rooney continued his good form in the game and scored twice to take his tally for the season to 25 goals.
"Manchester United's win over AC proved one thing, it is that Rooney is headed towards imminent greatness while Beckham is headed slowly but surely towards retirement," said William Hill's spokesman Graham Sharpe.
He added that the bookmakers thinks Beckham will do well to feature in the Champions League next season and makes him odds-on not to, while Rooney is available on odds of at 20/1 to be UEFA Man of the Match in the Champions League Final.
Following his brace in Italy, Rooney has also seen his odds slashed from 25/1 to 16/1 to be top scorer in the competition this season.
