Sports betting fans could have a punt on the future of Chelsea.
Bookmakers William Hill has revealed the latest odds for the future of Chelsea following last night's (March 16th) Champions League action. The Blues were beaten 1-0 at Stamford Bridge by former manager Jose Mourinho's Inter Milan to send them out of the competition 3-1 on aggregate.
Carlo Ancelotti's men are now offered at odds of 6/4 to end the season without a trophy despite being second in the Premier League - with a game in hand - and in the semi finals of the FA Cup.
"Ancelotti could be just the latest in a long line of Chelsea bosses who have paid for failure in Europe by losing their job," said William Hill's spokesman Graham Sharpe.
Mourinho is available at odds of 14/1 to make a surprise return to Stamford Bridge as manager.
Inter are now 4/1 third favourites to win the Champions League, behind favourites Barcelona and last year's runners up Manchester United, who are available at odds of 9/4 and 7/2 respectively.
