Bookmakers provides United odds

Bookmakers provides latest odds for Manchester United.

Bookmakers William Hill has revealed the latest odds for the future of Manchester United.

The Red Devils secured an emphatic 4-0 victory over AC Milan on Wednesday night (March 12th) and returning hero David Beckham showed his colours by donning a green and gold scarf - which is worn by fans in a protest against the Glazers' ownership of the club.

Odds of 7/4 are offered for United to have new owners by the first day of next season, while it is 2/5 that the Glazer family will still be in charge.

"A momentum seems to be building up which could spark a takeover battle," said William Hill's spokesman Graham Sharpe.

Meanwhile, striker Wayne Rooney's fine form continued and the player is now second favourite to be top scorer in the competition,.
