Bookmakers asks if the UK will enjoy Eurovision success.

Eurovision odds revealed by bookmakers William Hill.

Bookmakers William Hill has lengthened the odds of the UK winning the Eurovision Song Contest from 25/1 to 33/1 following the unveiling of the six potential winners.

The acts will compete as part of BBC TV's Your Country Needs You for the privilege of representing the UK in Oslo.

Pete Waterman has penned the song for this year's representative, which could be one of four solo singers, girl-group Miss Fitz or band UN15.

"The finalists do not look too inspiring and the UK have just made a hard job look impossible," said Hill's spokesman Rupert Adams.

Graham Norton, host of Your Country Needs You, said that if any man can second guess European musical tastes then "surely it is Pete Waterman", he also suggested that he cannot wait to see the competition.

Last year the UK was represented by Jade Ewen who came sixth in Moscow with the track It's My Time, written by Andrew Lloyd Webber.
