Bookmakers rates Norway for Eurovision.

Bookmakers fancies Norway to reclaim the Eurovision crown.

Online bookmakers William Hill has revealed the latest odds ahead of this year's Eurovision Song Contest in Oslo.

The entry for the UK will be Josh Dubovie after he beat off the challenge of five other contenders on the BBC TV programme Eurovision: Your Country Needs You.

A surge in betting following the show had seen odds cut to 25/1 for UK success, but they have now returned to a more pessimistic 33/1.

"We took a few quid on the UK on Sunday but having listened to all the songs we think the UK is distinctly karaoke," said William Hill's spokesman Rupert Adams.

Hosts Norway are the favourites to win the competition and are available at odds of 7/1, Denmark are next at 8/1, while closer to home, Ireland are offered at 25/1.

The UK entry is penned by Pete Waterman in an attempt to build on the fifth place finish achieved by Jade Ewen - now of the Sugababes - last year.
