Bookmakers reveals odds on World Cup selection.
Bookmakers William Hill has revealed odds for who will be included in the England squad ahead of this summer's World Cup in South Africa.Chelsea midfielder Joe Cole has been the subject of much speculation recently as his club contract expires this summer and it seems the player is no longer a guaranteed selection for his country.
He is offered at odds of 5/6 to make Fabio Capello's squad and 5/6 not to do so.
"There was a time when it would have been difficult to imagine that a fit Joe Cole could be left out of the England squad, but doubts are now setting in and we can't decide whether he is more likely to go or stay," said William Hill's spokesman Graham Sharpe.
Meanwhile, sports betting fans may also fancy a punt on who will start in goal for England's opening game of the competition against the USA with David James and Robert Green joint-favourites at odds of 2/1.
