Bookmakers asks: Chelsea for the cup?

Bookmakers gives latest FA Cup odds.

Bookmakers William Hill has revealed the latest odds for the remainder of the football season, following this weekend's action in the Premier League and FA Cup.

Cash-strapped Portsmouth, winners of the competition in 2008, sealed their place in the semi-finals on Saturday (March 6th) and they will now face either Fulham or Tottenham Hotspur at Wembley.

Meanwhile, Chelsea overcame Stoke and Aston Villa came back from being 2-0 down at half time to Reading to seal a 4-2 victory.

Chelsea are the favourites for the trophy and are available at evens to do so, while Spurs are offered at 11/4, Villa at 4/1 and Fulham and Portsmouth outside bets at 10/1.

In the Premier League Everton are offered at 20/1 to grab fourth place after their 5-1 victory against Hull City.

"Most punters have had this down as a four horse race for some weeks but Everton might just gatecrash the race," said William Hill's spokesman Graham Sharpe.
