Younger Britons who travel to casinos may want to budget carefully.
Younger poker enthusiasts who are planning to head on a holiday to a casino may want to make sure they get all the information they need from their bank. This is because according to EZ Pay, many young people find themselves experiencing financial problems abroad because of misinformation given to them by their bank.
Managing director Paul Smith said problems often occur when individuals do not realise charges involved with certain products and transactions.
Rather than using credit cards to withdraw cash to spend in casinos, he suggested individuals plan a budget and put cash in advance on to a money card, which do not charge for accessing own funds.
"Prepare a budget so that you know how much disposable income you've got whilst you're abroad," Mr Smith suggested, which could be good advice for those visiting casinos who want to gamble their money wisely.
A recent poll for EZ Pay found almost a third of people have found themselves abroad with no money.
