Vettel is favourite to win in Valencia.
Sebastian Vettel heads into this weekend's European Grand Prix as the favourite in the latest sports betting odds.William Hill has made the German the 8/15 favourite to qualify in pole position in Valencia and he has odds of 11/10 to triumph in the race.
Lewis Hamilton is 7/2 to take maximum points from the street circuit, while team-mate Jenson Button is an 8/1 shot.
"Vettel is odds-against once more. It makes things a bit more interesting but he is still favourite by quite some distance," said the bookmakers' spokesman Joe Crilly.
Hamilton is 4/9 to finish ahead of Button and odds of 13/8 are available for the opposite outcome.
Those who believe there could be contact between the McLaren drivers – as there was two weeks ago in Canada – can take sports betting odds of 50/1 for this to happen and one to retire as a result.
Vettel currently leads the world championship from Button, Mark Webber and Hamilton.
