Win Ties Phil Hellmuth with Doyle Brunson and Johnny Chan

Phil Hellmuth Jr., who became the youngest World Champion of Poker by defeating Johnny Chan in the WSOP main event in 1989, tied poker legends Doyle Brunson and Johnny Chan for most wins by winning his 10th WSOP bracelet.

Slot Machine Malfunction Causes Lucky Day in the Casino

A slot machine in Indiana malfunctioned and gave players 10 times their prize winnings. As a result, the casino suffered losses of nearly $500,000 in 2 days. Only after one of the players reported the problem to the casino, action was taken to fix the machine. The casino is currently trying to somehow retrieve the lost money but it is unclear if the players are under any obligation it.

Man to Walk 1800 Miles to Las Vegas to Play One Hand of Blackjack

Brendan Kelly, 33, of Louisville, Kentucky, is planning a three month, 1800 mile walk from his hometown to Las Vegas, Nevada where he will play one hand of Blackjack for $250,000.
