21 Expected To Encourage Blackjack Players

This Friday, the film 21 will hit cinemas in the USA, followed by a 10th April release in the UK. 21 is a film based on the true story of some MIT students who won millions by card counting in Blackjack games at casinos in Las Vegas.

Casino Loses £7M Claim Against Arab Bank

Grosvenor Casinos in London has lost a claim against the National Bank of Abu Dhabi (NBAD). They were chasing more than £7 million in cheques bounced by a Middle Eastern high-rolling gambler.

Boris Becker Starts Poker Career

Becker won Wimbledon three times in his tennis career, before retiring from the sport in June of 1999. He learned poker while he was on the ATP circuit, and would play it during rain breaks at Wimbledon.
