Harrah's Entertainment, the largest casino operator in the United States and one of the largest in the world, said it has received a takeover offer of $15 billion, which translates to $81 per share. The offer came from private equity firms, Apollo Management and Texas Pacific Group.
Korea Air starts regular non-stop flights to Las Vegas
Koreans can now fly regularly to Las Vegas. Korean Air will provide three non-stop flights a week from Seoul Incheon to McCarran International Airport.
This decision follows Japan Airlines’ announced its plan to discontinue its three weekly nonstop flights to McCarran Airport in Las Vegas from Narita International Airport in Tokyo.
